SICILIAN PANETTONE: From the classic taste, to the most refined one. We said no to all the ingredients we would have never put in a recipe for our children. No emulsifiers, no preservatives, no unnecessary ingredients. We would like to stress that all our panettoni are handmade.

CAROB, ORANGE & SICILIAN CHOCOLATE: The dough is prepared with carob pulp and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, without any butter. With small candied orange cubes and chocolate chips that emerge at every bite.
SICILIAN ALMOND You’ll be struck by the crunchiness of its majestic dome of whole Sicilian almonds and muscovado sugar. Inside, taste the raisins and small candied Sicilian oranges cubes.
