A pastry shop in the heart of Sicily, in Raffadali, in the province of Agrigento, which has been making delicious sweets and savory products since 1986. It all comes from a dream made by the founder Paolo Di Stefano and supported by all the staff of pastry chefs and chefs who tirelessly prepare, experiment, cook, churn out daily delicacies. A desire that comes true every day, offering the best Sicilian sweets and the best savory dishes. A physical space, where you can taste goodness, but also a virtual corner from which you can choose the best of our desserts.

SICILIAN PANETTONE: From the classic taste, to the most refined one. We said no to all the ingredients we would have never put in a recipe for our children. No emulsifiers, no preservatives, no unnecessary ingredients. We would like to stress that all our panettoni are handmade.

CAROB, ORANGE & SICILIAN CHOCOLATE: The dough is prepared with carob pulp and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, without any butter. With small candied orange cubes and chocolate chips that emerge at every bite.

SICILIAN ALMOND You’ll be struck by the crunchiness of its majestic dome of whole Sicilian almonds and muscovado sugar. Inside, taste the raisins and small candied Sicilian oranges cubes.

APPLE To each his own candied fruit. Here you’ll find small cubes of candied apple, which enrich the soft, delicate dough. A surprising taste for those who love to amaze.

CIACULLI MANDARIN & DARK CHOCOLATE The candied peel of Ciaculli Late Mandarin – Slow Food Foundation – load the soft panettone dough with an exquisitely Sicilian taste. There are also pure dark chocolate chips. A tribute to the unique specialities of Sicily

PEAR & SICILIAN CHOCOLATE A well-established combination that here is expressed in Sicilian chocolate icing on the outside and a flavourful inside of small cubes of pear and Chocolate chips.
