We harvest the best olives, process them in our mill, within a few hours of harvest; then we extract the best juice because it then becomes the green gold appreciated by the greatest connoisseurs of olive oil in the world.

«Erbesso Gran Riserva Oro» olive oil is the result of a precise and rigorous study, starting from the analysis of the 'terroir' till making a selection of the best and prestigious P.D.O. Monti Iblei zones. This is a meticulous work made by the owners – today the fifth generation - with the aim to reach the extreme qualitative synthesis thanks to a technique of experimental extraction, which details are secretly kept.
The oil aroma is masterful and wreathy, characterized by notes of green tomato and fresh herb cut on a frame of balsamic scents of sage and oregano.
The oil taste is large and complex, persistent and well structured, with notes of artichoke, wild herb and fresh walnut.
It is great for roasted mushrooms, marinated bluefish, legumes soups, baked rock fish and red meat stewed.
