Pizza
In Sicily there are several variants connected to the rural culinary tradition: in Catania, the use of Scacciata has been widespread for centuries; sfinciuni, soft focaccia with onion, caciocavallo, tomato and breadcrumbs is widespread in Palermo. The traditional Sicilian pizza produced in our area, on the other hand, is seasoned with tomatoes, onions, sardines, extra-virgin olive oil and parmesan. In addition to Sicilian pizza, we produce 4-flavor pizza, focaccia with olives and potatoes.
