Don Calò is our small business, a family business, with the aim of bringing our Sicily on the table, the motherland of countless agri-food excellence, to which we are deeply attached.
The name "Don Calò" is that of our great-grandfather Calogero, who loved Sicily with great passion. Today, with the same passion, with history, with the flavors and with the colors that our land offers us, we want to take you into our entirely Sicilian world.
We have created a small craft workshop, located in San Teodoro (in the province of Messina), a little country in the heart of Nebrodi.It was built in the respect of Community Regulations and it is equipped with the latest generation machinery, which allows us to garantee health safety and,at the same time,to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of our products unaltered. Bitter Orange Marmalade
A goodness to taste it on a freshly baked slice of bread, excellent for filling cakes and pies.
Blackberry extra jam
A delicate jam on the palate, with all the taste and flavors of freshly picked blackberries. Perfect spread on a slice of bread or as a filling for pies and ricotta cheesecake. A refined combination, accompanying it with fresh ricotta.
Extra fig jam
Delicate jam, a riot of flavors of our land. Excellent for breakfast, on freshly toasted bread or with shortcrust biscuits. Perfect pairing with aged cheeses, try it with aged Sicilian pecorino.
