From the plain of Catania, in the territories of Paternò (Sferro), Ramacca, Castel di Judica, we collect fresh artichokes to transform them, with manual processing and with great dowry of experience, into whole or cut into wedges and seasoned "peasant" artichokes. From the territories of Ragusa, Vittoria, Ispica, come the fresh peppers that we transform into layers and fillets to then make grilled Sicilian peppers, the same goes for the aubergines of local origin. The cultivation of cherry tomatoes, san marzano and other varieties are abundant in Sicily, our transformation work extends to the creation of many finished products, all artisanal: cherry tomato puree, cherry tomato sauces, sardines and fennel sauce. , the peasant dried tomatoes, the green cherry tomato salad, and many other specialties that represent a real union between traditions and the search for ever new balance in flavors. The company chooses simple aromas and spices, which are used daily in traditional Mediterranean cuisine: oregano, basil, garlic, mint, bay leaf and chilli, which give that extra touch, something pregnant and unmistakable that characterizes our products. The ability to constantly monitor production in all its phases allows us to give the customer the best that nature offers in the different seasons, without the use of preservatives, trying to satisfy even the most difficult requests.
