Description
The company is located 30 km from Palermo in the territory of Santa Cristina Gela at an altitude ranging from 750 to 1000 m. above sea level, in the D.O.C. Monreale (D.L. 2/11/2000), of which the company was the first producer. The cultivation of the vineyards takes place organically, according to the rules of EEC Reg. 2092/92: no pesticides or other chemicals are used in the phytosanitary fight, while the pest control takes place through the use of pheromone traps. Merlot
Intense ruby red wine with complex, intense aroma, with hints of red fruits such as blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. Velvety, fruity and intense taste.
Millemetri Merlot
Ruby in color with good hints of black cherry in alcohol, blueberry, oriental spices, licorice, cloves and ripe plum, at times also hints of bay leaves and mushrooms. With a fresh, fruity, intense, full and well-structured flavor.
Nero D'Avola
Ruby red wine with purple reflections. Complex aromatic bouquet with notes of plum, red fruits and spices, with a predominance of licorice. Medium-bodied wine, ample and velvety with gentle tannins; long and persistent finish, slightly aromatic
DON CARME’ BIANCO
Wine with a pale straw yellow color and a complex and harmonious aroma from herbaceous, fruity character, with hints of Almond blossom, peach, jasmine, melon white, apricot and mango. Taste full, complex, with citrus aftertaste.
Pinot Nero
Wine with a ruby red color with purple reflections and a fresh, vinous and fruity aroma, with notes of cherry, black cherry and fresh spices. It is full and fresh, with a return of red fruit; long and persistent finish, with a predominance of mulberry and plum.
DonCarmè rosso
Ruby red in color with faint purple reflections, with a broad, rich, highly elegant perfume, notes of ripe peach, ripe cherry, with hints of oranges, red berries and blueberries. With a warm, full-bodied flavor, with a great structure, very savory and with sensations of blueberry jam and Tabasco.
Pinot nero rosè
Brilliant coppery rosé color with rich and fine perlage with hints of blond tobacco, black cherry in alcohol, smoked and spiced speck, roses. Intense hay flavor with a final gentian aftertaste.
Chardonnay
With a bright straw yellow color, with a rich perlage. Elegant, complex and intense bouquet, with hints of apricot, peach and daisy. Persistent, intense and complex taste with an aftertaste of bread baked in a wood oven.
Sauvignon Blanc
Wine with a pale straw yellow color with golden reflections and a broad and complex aroma with hints of grapefruit, white spices and curry. Fresh flavor with notes of grapefruit and citrus, with good acidity.
Chardonnay
Straw yellow wine with a broad and complex aroma with hints of mango, orange blossom, peach and dried apricot. Flavor characterized by a slight hint of citrus honey and dried grapes.
Catarratto
Wine with a light golden yellow color and a broad and complex aroma with hints of citrus, pear and wet hay. Fresh flavor (fruity, intense, floral) with hints of lemon and good acidity.
Millemetri cabernet sauvignon
Intense ruby red color with purple reflections and a broad and complex aroma with clear hints of ripe red fruit, licorice, menthol and cinchona notes. With a warm, full-bodied taste, of great structure, soft on the palate with velvety tannins, with a long and persistent finish, with menthol and licorice sensations.
