Aura Produzioni Agroalimentari was born in 1996 in Piana degli Albanesi, a town of 6000 inhabitants 20 km away from Palermo, by 5 partners looking for employment, but above all looking for how to exploit the opportunities that our land rich in culinary culture offers us: a lot of passion for good food. Therefore it started with the production of typical bread made with durum wheat semolina in round shapes of 1 kg, of baked biscuits and pastries from the beginning of the last century proposed in a modern key. The company's flagship products are: sourdough bread, dry pastries, cassata and cannoli from Piana degli Albanesi. Aura currently avails itself of the collaboration of a dozen employees and the production is made entirely by hand. On the occasion of the CNA event in Taormina, it is proposed to make our products known to a market other than the Sicilian one and perhaps go outside the national territory. The products that we intend to propose are dry biscuits including almond pastes and above all the cannoli from Piana degli Albanesi with simple ingredients, almost obvious, but of a unique goodness that only a particular processing combined with the climatic variables of our territory ensures the uniqueness of the result without equal.
