The Bruno Ribadi Brewery is a Sicilian craft beer producer that uses excellent local raw materials. The brewery takes its name from “Bruno Ribadi” an eclectic and whimsical character, born a few steps from Palermo. Overlooking this world, you decide to travel to discover the secrets of the best beers around the world. From his recipes come the beers inspired by the great brewing schools, also told in the range of labels: Bianca with Ciaculli and biancolilla mandarin peels, Sicilian Pale Ale with Sicilian citrus fruits, pink pepper and sumac, India Pale Ale with colored citrus leaves Sicilian and ancient grains, Pilsner with ancient Sicilian grains, Tripel with honey and dried figs, Special Ale with Pantelleria raisins and carobs.

Amaro Ribadi
It is the digestive that carries within itself all the aroma of Sicily. Produced with hops, a powerful anti-inflammatory, sumac, tasty fruit with antioxidant properties, pink pepper and bitter orange peels, it is a real cure-all after a meal.
Sicilian Pale Ale
Produced with perciasacchi wheat, Sicilian citrus peel, sumac berries and pink pepper berries. Beer characterized by a bitter taste, the characteristic scent given by Sicilian citrus fruits and the addition of sumac berries and pink pepper.
