Description

Le Cuspidi is an artisan family business specializing in the typical Sicilian confectionery production. The pastry shop was founded in 1960 in Raffadali, a center of the Agrigento hinterland, where the founders Salvatore Nocera and Girolamo Vizzì began their business in the processing and transformation of almond and pistachio. Already in the early twentieth century their grandparents took care of the pistachio and almond groves of Duke Antonio Colonna di Cesarò, while Mrs. Vizzì delighted the Duke's diners by preparing confectionery specialties with the appreciated dried fruit of the fief. Today Le Cuspidi is a company that has its roots in a passion that spans five generations. The quality of the ingredients, the scrupulous care in the production process, the ancient recipes and the constant innovation, have ensured that our desserts have gained more and more approval over the years, because for us pastry and ice cream are not just a job, but the dedication of a lifetime.
