Cipro Gest Srl is an Italian leading company specialized in processing the best selection of Sicilian citrus, blood (red) oranges, blond oranges, lemons, mandarins and pomegranates to obtain the best quality Juices and Essential oils.
In 2007 Cipro Gest took over the largest citrus processing plant in the Mediterranean based in Sicily - previously owned by Parmalat, the Italian milk and Santal juice company. Cipro Gest has now expanded its range of production focusing on a famous handcrafted pastry and ice cream Sicilian brand: Di Noto Italian Sweetnesses. The expertise of the Master Pietro Di Noto “Genius of the Ice Cream”, along with the best quality raw materials, create the finest products keeping alive a history made of tradition, quality and innovation. The unique mix of experience, advanced technology and automation has generated synergies that allow to fulfil customer’s requirements and guarantee the highest quality standards.
The plant is located 60 km east from Palermo very close to cross between highways connecting Palermo to Catania and Messina

Brikone® – Di Noto Italian Sweetnesses
The innovative solution for the production of the Sicilian ice cream and granita anywhere in the world, even at home. Brikone® has the international patent and matches with the excellent quality, where the organoleptic characteristics are maintained and preserved. All you need is: a storage freezer, to store the mixture at the correct temperature domestic refrigerator, which is enough to get the mixture to the ideal temperature for its use. a batch freezer, to make the ice cream or granita in just 15 minutes.

Sicilian Cassata
Sicilian Cassata, classic and oven-baked, is made only with the best and fresh ricotta cheese for an extraordinary triumph of sweetness. The typical Sicilian dessert, made with sumptuous and baroque decorations, is rich in taste and harmonizes contrasting flavours, such as sponge cake filled with fresh ricotta cheese mixed with sugar and chocolate, covered with marzipan and candied fruit.
In addition, we realize the ancient alternative version to this classic dessert: the oven baked Cassata, made with short pasrty instead of sponge cake.
